He took the time to show me the corrosion and tarnish on what should have been a silver bus bar. He answers the phone personally and took time to look over and help me understand requirements and options. I put off replacing my old Federal Pacific panel for a very long time. The panel was in a tough location behind a dryer and many years ago i had an estimator from a different company come out that was obviously not happy about it. So i waited. Jesse is a problem solver with a smile on his face. He suggesting flipping the panel through the opposite wall - access issue solved.
